Gamrekeli Modern Gallery presents a multimedia exhibition by Shako Khrikuli titled “The Faithless Khrikuli.”
The exhibition will feature fifteen paintings created over the past year, along with a performance piece.
“The Faithless Khrikuli – we’re a bit stuck, but we’re lying in milk, cozy in a room, and we’re enjoying it.”
This mix of pleasant and unpleasant words might confuse you.You might wonder what they have in common, or how it could look visually. You might think it sounds too pessimistic — or maybe too cute. You wouldn’t be exactly right, but you wouldn’t be totally wrong either. Let’s just say the performance will put everything in its place.
